Recommended dosage
Adults 18 years and older: 1 tablet 1 time per day. Take one dose (1 hour) before bedtime.

Cautions and warnings
• Consult a health care practitioner before use if you are taking prescription medications, if symptoms persist or worsen, if sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia), if you are taking cardiac glycosides such as digitalis/digoxin, or blood pressure medication if you have depression and/or related diseases.
• Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, or if new symptoms develop.
• Consumption of alcohol, products that cause drowsiness, other medications, or health products with sedative properties is not recommended.

Contra-indications
• Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Known adverse reactions
• Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery,driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.
• Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs.
